Ovarian cancer में पेट में सूजन के 2 कारण हो सकते हैं:
1. Intestine में blockage होना
2. पेट में पानी जमा होना (Ascites)
1:06 Intestine में blockage क्यों और कैसे होता है?
Ovarian Cancer एक Surface कैंसर है जो की ovaries से पेट तक काफी जल्दी फैलता है। इसके साथ साथ ovarian cancer बड़ा होने पर Rectum को भी Involve कर सकता है।
इस वजह से ये छोटी या बड़ी आंत में भी Infection फैला सकता है। नतिजन, मल निकालने का रास्ता block हो जाता है और आंत में सूजन हो जाती है|
2:18 पेट में पानी (Ascites) जमा होने के कारण क्या होते हैं?
जब ovarian cancer abdominal cavity में फैलने लगता है तब abdominal cavity का Surfce tumor nodules से Cover हो जाता है।
इस वजह से ये कैविटी में fluid के Absorption को रोकता है। ये बिना Absorb हुआ Fluid जब ज़्यादा हो जाता है तो Patient का पेट फूलने लगता है।
3:15 पेट फूलने से क्या होता है?
दोनों ही कारणों से पेट फूलने पर Patient को Nutrition नहीं मिल पाता जी वजह से Patient का वजन भी कम होता है। ovarian cancer में पेट का फूलना ये दर्शाता है की कैंसर काफी Advanced Stage में है और Patient को जल्द ही treatment शुरू करनी चाहिए|
