What a beautiful song for a leader who is not afraid to lead by example. We pray for his family’s safety and the safety of the Ukraine people. Be strong Ukraine.

Great song. Heard it twice now and have tears wanting to well. We don’t know where this conflict will end but we surely see how standing up to a tyrant can raise the mindset of a people like the Ukrainians from victims to victors. Oh that we had more Americans, and political leaders, willing to stand for principle as President Zelenskyy and those faithful Ukrainians are now.

It's pretty lame really.. In a thousand years will they know "whose" name? If it is Ukraine's President, then it should be known that he has more than a billion dollars in a off shore bank account, that his country is dirt poor unlike him where the average person is more poor than a person in Thailand is, and that he never let his people know his wealth when he ran for office either...He didn't let them know that he owns a 25% stake in the biggest media outlet in Ukraine either. The same outlet that made him front page news everyday for his TV show...yea, he owned part of the company and made that happen. He has shut down opposition media to him and did this before the war, which is a dictatorship really. The "Pandora Papers" are what revealed all this when they were leaked last year.

A Beautiful song dedicated to a strong and heroic man. Someone in my opinion who shows true leadership and bravery. Something we have not seen for a very long time. John Ondrasik has expressed what many of us feel but could not put into words. The Ukrainian people and their President are showing the world what it means to love country, to elect the right leadership and fight for their freedoms. Actually most of the world isn't behind Zelenskyy.. he's a world economic forum stooge just like Putin and just like other world leaders like: Obama, Biden, Trump, Trudeau, Xi Jingpin, Boris Johnson, Scott Morrison etc.. You are right that the one man who saves the world is not this man. It does talk about this in Revelation and many people will be bamboozled by the man they think will save the world. Many people are going to be led astray because they are asleep due to COVID hangover and now “war”. Inflation, no morals and values left in society and they are definitely after the children and poisoning their minds in the schools. People are yearning for someone to save them BUT not turning to God. They are going to be convinced that this person will save them and actually may be the savior, but it is not. I am waiting for God to remove the church from what is to come. It has got to be getting close. We need to keep our eyes on the Lord so we are not led astray. I thank my Savior for a keen mind and the ability to see the truth. Through Christ I can get through this a day at a time - he will give me the strength and anyone else that accepts him as their personal savior and asking for forgiveness for their sins.

Ukraine will never be able to defend itself from the Russian powerhouse, that is why Zelenskyy is asking for so much support from other nations. The more that other countries get involved and the more Ukraine resists, the more bloodshed and the more innocent people die. Putin already stated that he has no intention to occupy Ukraine and that he wants to clear out the extremists on the border. If he turns out to be lying, then we should deal with that later, but for now, just let Putin do what he said he came to do, and then it might all be over.

I absolutely LOVE this song and what it stands for! I saw it on Fox this morning.... they said it was available on Spotify, Apple etc. but it's not available yet!

I heard your song of our hero in Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Fox and listened to it again on You Tube. Your song is beautiful! It brought tears to my eyes.I wish our country had a President half as heroic as President Zelenskyy. Our president does too little too late. If we were in danger of attack from Russia our president would blame Trump, the Pandemic, the American people or anyone else who came to his mind. He plays the blame game. It isn't his responsibility he had nothing to do with it. We should have been helping Ukraine a lot sooner and a lot more. With our President it is always too little too late.

Thank you for writing this song. I am an American who is very disheartened by our lack of strength and feel we should support this strong, wonderful man in his fearless leadership. We don't have that courage and strength in our current administration, but hopefully, the United States will take a hard look at what freedom really means to people who are fighting for their lives and country. President Zelensky is my hero and his country is strong and needs our complete support. My family came here from Poland and Lithuania to seek freedom so we could have a better life here and it seems to be repeating history due to Putin. Go UKRAINE!!!!!

Great song….What a great remodel.

As in the story of David and Goliath, God was behind David as his with Ukraine. From San Antonio Texas.

To me this song is not so much about Zelensky, but rather the Ukrainian struggle to remain free as personified in Zelensky. Even more broadly, it is about the struggles for freedom throughout history against unbelievable odds, not least of which was our nation's birth. That is what I find so moving-- plus it is just a damn good, well crafted song, I think.
