"They put expiration dates for a reason." I find condiments last way longer than the date. About a few months after and they taste and smell fine. The companies want you to have to go buy new product every few months to make more money. With most leftover food 3-4 days is max. Once again the smell test works well. Itll taste off too.

Who doesn't keep up on whats in their fridge? Cooked leftovers after 3 days we don't eat it..Some leftovers don't taste good reheated and I haven't gotten sick...

If you let them stay more than a few days but my sandwich meat I put in the freezer and use it when necessary
