i cant decide if telling him beforehand how many ingredients went into a dish would make this better or worse... on one hand, we get the sheer delight of seeing him put 9 types of pasta into a pot of boiling water, but on the other hand we'd get to see his mind break as he desperately tries to hold himself back from adding 9 types of pasta to a pot of boiling water because only 5 things went into the dish he tasted. either way, i'd love to see this as a series XD

I think that giving him a range, not a set number would be best. "So this dish has between 4 and 9 ingredients" kind of thing. Still lets his mind mess with him, while still giving him SLIGHT parameters.

While I agree insofar as seeing how he may legitimately end up doing so, *_in this instance_* I definitely have to say that he didn't. *Solely* based on the fact that _his_ dish didn't invoke a gag reflex! lol (that black bean/chicken noodle soup puree has me legitimately curious about how it tasted, as I could see that being a guac-like [consistency] taco topping 🤔)

Lily is the perfect counterbalance to Josh's chaotic energy. This concept works tremendously well!

This video had me genuinely curious if Josh could pull off a completed dish based on clues left behind like in Crime Scene Kitchen. They could even make it a competition. Josh and Lily vs Nicole and Trevor, and Vi can be the judge.

Props to Josh getting three ingredients right out of 907 in the middle of a fugue state!

This just seals the deal that the Sorted boys and Josh need to get together for a panic filled pass it on - where he'll strangely ( maybe ) be the calm one depending on if he goes before or after Barry.

This needs to be a regular series!! The pure chaos of josh adding in 5 kinds of pasta gave me life 😂

Josh's brain is an enigma. He overthought everything to an incredible degree.

I love lily's "This is so good" and Josh's reaction to it. And Josh's ramen cup opening strategy is top tier.

In my country there's a children's story book "Tales of the Doggy and the Pussycat". One of the most beloved stories is "How the Doggy and the Pussycat baked a cake". Their recipe start relatively normal, but goes off the rails when they start adding all of their favorite foods - so sausages, cheese, cabbage, raisins, mice, a goose head... What I'm trying to say is this video reminds me of that story.
