Spread peace. As a 20 year old iranian we seek no war neither on US nor on isreal. Its all about politics and the game of power . Leaders are lookin for power?give them a gun and let them fight each other . It has nothing to do with people. I've seen american soldiers got shot in videos and its heart breaking. American, iranian indian korean , nationality doesnt matter we all are a family . May there be no war . Send u infinite luv from iran guys ❤ Edit: i appreciate if you watch Peter santenello videos in youtube, you will get to know my country better my frnds :)

Don't forget , we always wanted peace , but they attacked Iranian Airbus in 1988, killed 290 civilian Iranian . They left JCPOA without no reason, they are at war for 222 years , out of 239 years of existence, Iran never attacked a country in the last 300 years . Speaking of peace with these guys , is like a suicide. Look what they did to Lybia after they made peace with them . Btw , I'm 20 too , from Shiraz , Iran

He had a fairly large army with tanks and fighter jets. Everyone thought it was gonna be this large back and forth war. An when the US came in they decimated Iraqs military overnight. Many dropped their weapons and surrendered. The invasion came by ground, air and even sea. I remember being in high school watching on CNN the US tanks roaring in mass across the desert to invade Baghdad. 18 years ago. The US was blood thirsty being 9/11 had just happened. When a country gets all their communications and electricity knocked out it leaves them not only vulnerable but I think feeling hopeless. They couldnt coordinate anything. We destroyed their factory's and airfields. I do believe Iran would put a greater fight but I think it would end the same

Did the U.S. ever actually achieve true air superiority over the entirety of Vietnam? Not really. And if you analyze that statement, it tells you that air superiority is a requirement to win - not a guarantee that you will not lose. Vietnam largely turned into a war of attrition due to the influx of Soviet weaponry. The Soviets experienced the same in Afghanistan due to an influx of American weaponry. Russia is great at military PR these days, but not so great at exporting their high-maintenance weapons systems and keeping them operational in combat. I'm not advocating an all-out war with Iran (or even overthrowing the Ayatollah) but the constant comparisons to Vietnam every time a potential conflict is discussed is silly. A repeat of Praying Mantis, along with taking out a few SAM batteries, would likely do the trick.

Iran's airforce is decent, however lacking many modern technology. Same goes for their navy, a swarm attack would increase their effectivity on US ships, but US ships would likely stay far away from shore making it difficult to surprise the ships. Karrar MBT isn't terrible either, but its basically a t72. Karrar can not complete with modern western tanks such as Challanger, Leopard or Abrams. USA would also have support from allies such as UAE giving them a huge advantage with staging equipment. I just don't really see a point in war with Iran... what would that do except make iranians life worse and destabilize their economy. Maybe for Persian women??

For comparisons sake, the Iraqi’s took a handful of classes on how to run an insurgency, and look at all the damage they managed to accomplish after the invasion. Iran on the other hand has been prepping for something like this for over 40 YEARS. And unlike Iraq, we aren’t dealing with wide open desert conditions. It’s rugged mountains similar to Afghanistan.

When I was deployed in Iraq, Iran used to fly drones over our base and we're used to knock them out the sky all the time lol. I have like a dozen pictures of me next to their failed drones. Only thing that I'm fearful of Iran is their missiles. Other than that their military sucks.

except that it was not "undetected" the US knew about the presence of the drone all along, in fact they even sent an F/A-18 aircraft from the carrier to intercepted the drone (which is usual standard procedure) and recorded it with camera, but the drone didn't pose any threat or risk to the carrier since it was not armed or equipped with any weapons, plus it didn't violate any rights so they didn't care about the drone

No, Iran would either be disabled or destroyed several times over if it struck the US or it’s interest or allies. There are weapons besides nuclear weapons that can be used against Iran or other concerns. And there are weapons that can quickly target and destroy individual boats, nighttime or daytime, if they attack ships in the Strait of Hormuz. War is the decision of Iran’s leadership.
