Ironically, WorldStarHiphop worked just fine on a PSP, so many of the most popular yt vids from back then l saw on WSHH FIRST, and didn't even know they were on YT at all until years later😮

Phones back in the day are actually awesome. My sony xperia 2012 is still running nicely and can take nice pictures in zoom.

I’ve managed to get 2.2.3 Froyo on this HTC Tattoo. That’s about it, and it’s godly slow.

You can safely fly on a 1930s plane but a 7-year-old phone is just useless.

@@larkohiyaThere is no problem. I was running 7 yo S7 (which is technically 8 yo phone) until January. Android 8 is still widely supported with app upgardes. I have another 2014 device with Android 4.4, but there is already lot of issues with apps since about 2021/2022.

KZread being a security threat is hilarious to me, because in the sense that Google tries to track your every move, it's pretty accurate.

Wow I remember seeing those phones in the store when they were new. Even back then I thought they looked like something from the 90s. They always looked old to me.

The HTC brand was amazing, shame they stopped making good phones. The front facing speakers and 3.5mm jack was amazing!

I had an HTC Touch 3G back then. I loved it. It came with Windows mobile OS. It also had a pencil. HTC was a pioneer back in the day. Miss those days 😢

Epic edit! Watched this show a long time ago and it never seemed to have picked up a large fan base. Glad to see someone editing it! The song choice was fantastic and slowing it down made it even more dramatic/epic! Wow! I’d love to see more edits of this show. I feel it’s a hidden gem!

I was always so jealous of my friend's HTC android back in 2010. I remember thinking it looked so futuristic then and now I can't believe how dated it looks. It blows my mind how much phones have evolved in that time and how much I take my current phone for granted. I really miss the 2010's.

It would be no good on that phone. It was one of the most basic Android phones back then, Go figure. It would choke under anything remotely modern. It has 256 MB of RAM or something like that.

I wanted that phone when it came out so bad!

I remember trying to run Runescape on phones like this, and even flip phones lmfao

I have xperia z which is almost 11 years old and guess what it runs almost all playstore apps smoothly. Its not that the hardware does not suppprts but it is the OS that is the culprit, if Androids simply pushes a lite version for all old mobiles i bet almost all old mobiles will come back to life.

the Xperia Z is beautiful. I resold these Xperia phones in bulk about 5 years ago and many many people used these models in Ghana 🇬🇭 and Brazil 🇧🇷… they’re a perfect phone for everyday basic needs!

HTC🤧 My first smartphone was HTC Aria, I love that phone.
