It doesn't help that they simply will not tell you what it was you did and also go after "offenses" by their new rules, which happened years ago, before those rules were conceived. That later thing is important, because by the "rule of law" this isn't allowed in actual prosecution across the world, but in the "community guidelines" and perceived rules of companies it is? That's BS, plain and simple!

Alas...YT is a private TV station that isn't prosecuting Sean as much as just pulling episodes - it's still nanny state officious wussification...and sad.

They are picking on him. They are selectively targeting him, because he has political views that they oppose. They didn't take down his video because it violated any rules. They targeted that specific video to reduce his exposure and weaken his voice.

Clearly people at KZread have never experienced the *joy* of having a family of mice eat everything in their garage, or make it reek of piss.

This is one of my favorite mousetraps, it still works after 400 years.

Sorry you broke your trap! But what a great idea, to make it into a live trap. Still super effective, too. I think KZread has gone over the edge with some of their decisions about content. They are completely inconsistent. I'm grateful you are finding ways to keep posting and stay 'monetized' in spite of their unreasonableness.

@@burtreynolds3143 And the reality is that most people will need to travel a decent distance from their house to release the mouse, putting it in an environment it doesn't know how to deal with. It'll probably end as some creature's lunch thanks to that, but people don't see it and think they saved it.

I really hate the new KZread system on how the monetization works and it’s basically pushing creators to change videos and it effects their old successful videos which sucks a lot. Don’t ever give up Shawn! I love watching your vids!

KZread is a joke sometimes, in time they will go down just like the once mighty and powerful Netflix, then they will be begging for creators to come back no matter the content.

That is a wonderful design you might want to try drilling all the way through so you can put a screen on the back that way they can see through and it will offer some ventilation for them so they don't get so hot in the tunnel but I think you did a great job with that design and that was they can also call out the other end when you're were moved the screen

I was thinking the same as I watched it. Put a metal screen or a perforated metal disk on the other end with the hole drilled all the way through so the mice don't end up all hot and sweaty in a confined space with no ventilation since it is a live trap.

Also, I was thinking you could use PVC pipe in the holes so the mice wouldn't chew through the wood, and you'd be able to clean it as well. Awesome retool of a classic trap!!

instead of letting them go from the front of the trap, you could add a sliding roof to the trap. that way you just slide the roof off and mice jump out of the trap easily

You have a brilliant channel and that was a great design well done it's not fair what KZread do but I think will some video's that get deleted the word kill is often in the title but that is only my opinion please keep your video's coming

If Shawn went into mouse house construction, he'd make a ton of money. That last mouse just didn't wanna leave.

Is there a way to put a metal lining in each tube to prevent the mouse from chewing their way out? And then there could be a metal plate at the end that could be lifted up to allow the release of native species.

Very creative and so effective. YT's censorship is ridiculous.

With the hold rat and racoon traps you used to use if you burried the cage part you could make it so other animals dont notice the fact they are stuck however getting it out this hole would be incredibly hard

For the convenience of the mice, there should be little "occupied" signs when the doors shut. Or "ocupado" if the trap will be used in the Southwest or Mexico.

I built that trap five years ago after watching your video. To my utter surprise it had caught dozens of mice since then. It’s a bit of a pain to set but I get a kick out of catching a mouse with a 400 year old trap.

hopefully your emailing and fighting for reinstatement of some of the videos, I heard they remove MANY many videos and a lot of times it does NOT infact violate anything. But most people dont fight it.

Maybe you need to drop off a few thousand live mice at their headquarters, then film how they take care of the issue...
