I have experienced that imaginary ant so many times😂😂 Sadhguru knows everything😬😝 Shambho😇

I was so convinced when i felt ants on my back that i literally took off my shirt and scratched by back wherever i could reach it. I was meditating and praying quietly when it suddenly felt like hundreds of ants on my back!!! It was not hilarious but scary!!! I wondered how could that happened... the feeling of ants was so real.

Yes even swami vivekananda had told that when a person practices brahmacharya for 12 years,he shall reach higher level of existence after 12 years.. you are right,there must be some significance to 12 years...

@@swagat_swain It's not about "doing karma", as I understand it, it is about the fact that all dimensions of our existence are interconnected, and what he means is that karma extends to all these dimensions, karma has it's own dimension, but it influences all the others, so including our energy, our body, our mind and our emotions. If we gather bad karma, our body is going to feel it, our energy will be low living, our mind will be depressed and our emotions will be on the wrong side. That's one example :)

@@swagat_swain It is not mystic dimension. For example, If you are driving a car - Your mind, body & emotions may be focused on road (for some people, it will be not). But, you may be feeling down with energy. Then you may not be giving your 100% in driving & going slow.

Mahsa Rastgar 🙏 It’s a part of chant from caveri calling/rally for rivers. Those words are of Telugu&Sanskrit language. In you tube you can search for one that I did,” nadi stuti caveri calling” Bharatam and Amrutham from the music I can say that I know. Bharatam means India Maha Bharatam: India is great/greater India Amrutham means Nectar that is keep you immortal.. so the chant/stuti basically saying...this India is your nectar..you got to involved with it for... 😃
