    I was going through hell!! Thank you, Shaan. I have been through countless test doctors, and specialist ER visits thinking the doctors missed something. Even going back to the same specialist with different types of scenarios on why this could this or that. challenging the doctors! I even went to a functional doctor costing a lot of money and hope. I found this website and then it all clicked I fell into high anxiety and had a sensitive nervous system. I'm now applying what Shaan said and doing better. On my way to recovery...

    When you've experienced psilocybin, the visions, the feeling that others feel, become really relatable and real. But when you haven't, it could sound very weird and wrong.

    In the LSD experience, we are aware of being more our self and less our self (and this can be actualised, moment by moment during the trip) then we're ever capable of experiencing without the mind expansion that LSD provides us. The work that is done, (that is; mentally spiritually emotionally) is so “individual" a thing, but the final effect can be understood and acknowledged amongst the community of others who have taken a trip on LSD. I think that makes sense, I tried to say it in a way that others who haven't taken LSD may understand. I hope I was successful.

    Hey Shaan, you said one time in the safety person video that part of anxiety recovery is realizing that its okay to not feel good all the time? Does that mean its ok to feel bad all the time? What did you mean by that? Thank you again.

  • @Riseandrollin

    @Riseandrollin

    It means realizing that accepting how you feel at the moment is ok. Even if you feel bad all the time. Trying to control how you feel is the reason why you think you “feel bad all the time”. A normal person isn’t happy everyday. The difference is that they don’t stay in that deep place of “feeling bad”
