@@Sanybaby123 I have felt brain fog for months and my life is so blessed so I cant figure out the 'why", I almost fainted 2 weeks ago and the dizzy on a boat feeling hasn't stopped. The thing that has helped is God reminding me this is not the end. we have Life in Him!
Most anxiety sufferers don’t have vertigo because vertigo is severe spinning where you can’t even get up. Most feel this off balance feeling which is all down to the nervous system being exhausted and over sensitive. Deep breathing or meditation helps me with this massively.

Your video sums me up to a tee You are absolutely spot on with all of this. One of my issues, along with all you said is tinnitus.. which I think is because my blood pressure is high from the anxiety It is a constant vicious circle I’m trying all sorts of techniques to overcome this I know I will Especially with help from great people such as yourself Who actually understand what it’s like
I’m so glad I found this video! I’m trying to recover from my anxiety. I’ve had anxiety my whole life but since coming off antidepressants almost 2 years ago I’ve really struggled but I’m determined to stay off them because they ruined my life physically and mentally. I started getting dizziness 4 years ago and my quality of life has been terrible ever since. I currently can’t leave the house because of my dizziness and can’t drive any more. I was told last year that I won’t faint because anxiety = high blood pressure, but I couldn’t convince myself. I’m really going to try and get through this and hopefully overcome the dizziness.

This happened to me twice, first time was almost 2 weeks ago and second time was today. This video releaves me so much since I do have very bad anxiety problems.
clenching teeth while sleeping, anyone? If I feel I'm blotad it triggers the lightheadedness??!
i notice it a lot more when i’m talking about my issues. i guess that’s why i get stuck in a cycle of constantly looking for reassurance through blood pressure monitors and blood oxygen monitors because i just assume it’s something physically wrong.
Ive been feeling this way and it sucks... i felt like this for a month then got better for a few weeks and here's the light headedness again from my anxiety being so high....😔 my bf has been telling me im not going to faint but i still continue to freak out like i am. Ive been through severe panic attacks before. Now i just gotta get through it again.
I cannot really exactly explain what I feel but you know when you do a long big stretch in the morning and when you’re done stretching you feel really dizzy/out of it? I feel like 1/10 of that but all day long. If I look around quickly, I feel slightly off balance. If I’m in a bright setting, im off balance especially grocery stores. I appear normal on the outside but on the inside I’m constantly in a small battle to keep it together. I don’t suffer from anxiety at all and never have. And I’ve had this issue for years off and on. This past week it has gotten pretty bad which is finally why I’m here trying to do my research. This really sucks

@@vaibhavsaraf3261 only way I was able to overcome this is drinking a lot less alcohol, staying hydrated, implementing teas to my diet, and exercising even if it’s jus exercising a small amount. It truly goes a long way. Also, I’ve learned to simply except and anticipate my dizziness almost every time I go to a grocery story where there is a lot of bright light, colors, shapes and isles. If I look around quickly in that setting, I’m almost always feeling a slight off balance. Now that I prepare myself before hand, it’s become a lot more manageable and I don’t feel as frustrated/scared. After more research, I was able to find something called “supermarket syndrome”. It’s apparently pretty common and hits the nail on the head of how I start to feel when I’m in a setting like that. Focus on positive thoughts, eat better, treat your body and mind right, and you’ll be fine. Doing that has helped me dramatically

Staying in will make it worse. You have to to gradually go out. Go out by yourself, you’ll feel more comfortable by yourself, being around will set off the anxiety more. Start driving again but non highway roads so you can stop frequently. The more you stay in the harder it’s going to be. I feel ever since Covid, anxiety has been worse because everyone was cut off from the world, and staying inside is doing just that. I would start by jogging around the block, finding a hobby, staying busy.

I never breathe fast.. i shake and get sweaty palms. Lught headed and worried. Starts with sone trigger , than my heart pounds , and that drunk feeling shows up. Wobbly and stomach turns its the worst . What i do is sit, light a candle and focus on the calm flame flickering . ..it works
I don't really agree with the fainting part as it's not just the fear of fainting, I actually did faint.

He forgot the freeze response. Fight and flight are the most common stress responses and are part of the sympathetic nervous system however if fight and flight aren't an option, the dorsal vagal from the parasympathetic nervous system takes over (freeze, flop, faint). This is less common and more often associated with children and traumatic situations. Although its very unlikely, a small percentage of people can experience fainting from anxiety but it could also be due to other factors such as a medical condition, irregular breathing and oxygen levels or extreme fear and stress. (Parasympathetic response)
I feel chest pain and light-headedness ,and fear of falling down

I struggle with anxiety over fainting. I fainted a LOT when I was younger, due to something physical, got that taken care of, then it stopped, but in the last few years I've fainted several times. I am undergoing testing and am quite anxious about results.

Why do i get this jerky falling sensation with jerky shortness of breath feel like I'm fainting in a jerk. And sometimes i get feelings of fainting when i eat. I'm very concerned about this it has been happening for a month now.
I love what you're doing but I don't think it works for me, my diziness is h24 even on vacation when I'm relaxed, and they increase when I'm lying down or sitting so it can be a problem with my neck or my inner ear. They find anything but I don't think it's anxiety
7:20 you mean if you can say to yourself "okay that is not my body, thats actually anxiety causing these symptoms" than the symptomes one after another will collapse? Thanks for your reply :)
Hello have you heard of PPPD?
Actually, I have fear of passing out so bad but even I don’t have fear of needles or blood i can’t give blood because of this fear, I always wonder that fear of passing out makes me pass out while giving blood?
I have actually passed out numerous times due to anxiety had a hard time keeping a job because of it I have generalized anxiety takes me an hour pep talk just to take out trash or grab mail..🤦 anyways it's the worst struggled since I was 13 ish I am now 36 I pass out because my body shuts down because of sheer terror..

mine has done this as well. it’s been a while but i’m still terrified of it happening so i end up sitting or lying down
This is my main symptom, and it's scary because I get it the worst during panic attacks driving. It makes it hard to muster up the strength to "face my fears" to desensitize because it feels like I could really be endangering my life on the freeway (I get attacks as I try to enter the freeway). What advice do you have for me...? I also get it standing at church, but that's easier because I can sit down and feel safer. I need some reassurance!

I live off of about 10 motion pills a day due to the dizziness. (Anxiety related) I hate it so much. SSRI helped a lot but then it stopped working for me. So, I'm back on the motion sickness pills until I figure out what to do next.

So how do I fix what’s happening to me? I fainted while exercising, I wasn’t even doing too much, moderate exercise. I started to get anxious, it escalated and passed out twice. Paramedics said everything was fine! Blood pressure was fine by the time they got there, blood glucose fine, heart super healthy. Anxiety did cause me to faint. So now what?

As someone who has both Vertigo and severe Anxiety i can definitely say the two are very diffrent sensations of dizzyness one is like the world itself and even gravity is pulling you (Vertigo) the other is a little dizzyness like you spun around on swings as a kid so much lighter (Anxiety)
I had this for many months along with vertigo, what helps me is doing more physical activity, i started working out inspite of the offbalance feeling. and started going for walks, I slowly built it up, slowly now i have overcome the off balance, vertigo feeling. tho sometimes it comes back but so slight that it doesn bother me anymore. I also apply the 4-4-6 belly breathing technique when i stand in line or for long periods of time. helps to calm me.

You are absolutely right and I share some of your experience. I too was feeling intense dizziness (anxiety and depression related) and bedridden for 2-3 months. I finally could not take it any longer and decided to begin with walks (painful), then jogging and finally pushing myself a bit more. The dizziness/ anxiety started fading away. I also still get them quite often but I don’t let it reach the strength from the past, keep fighting my friends you can overcome this
I have fainted on 4 occasions and legs locked up on me each time and seized I don’t think you completely understand the mechanics of anxiety.
