My brother is in the US a over 7years now he went there when he was 22 is filing come through now he want to file for is mother but is not yet a citizen he's about to apply for it should he wait until he get his citizenship or he can go ahead with it and if so how long will the filing take to come through, if he's wait till he get citizenship will the filing for his mother come through faster and I am with a disability paralyze from the waist down and my mother is my caregiver will that make me legible to go on her filing too??!
