This was the only reason I subscribed

I watched this build from.start to finish and have been watching you guys for years, now I have a question!! I have a 2003 that's snorkled with 27" executioners but wanna go to 30" tires and i have a rad relocate with a new exhaust slip on and now it back fires and I have lack of power to where I struggle going through water now and struggle going up a 1 inch lip out of the garage to go for a rip, seems to run better with toke on but still back fires like crazy, what do you suggest

It's a pretty long haul to trailer the Mud Build out to where Osta is, but believe us, it is something we'd jump at if the opportunity to ride with him comes up again. Last time was really fun. He's a great guy.

It's a awsome build but way to expensive for a mud puddle it's just over kill

Yeah your right, we kinda just threw money at it and it just started to run lol........ Just kidding but seriously it did take some investment. Truth be told the engine cut out issue was a pathetically small part that..... well lets just say there was some difference of opinion about a certain part and in deep water it didn't work. But Turners got it figured out instantly, and yeah we went a bit further with it than we had to but we wanted it to be a bullet, and a bullet it is. LOL, I hear ya, it's never ending......... Turbo next lol.

So no mention whatsoever of what you did to fix the issues you were having lol. Adding power is nice but not what you needed to do to make it good mud race atv, fixing the front diff and electrical issues is what made it work adding a few hp just made it a touch faster. Clearly this is just a plug for the engine builder.

Adding power is absolutely what allowed them to win. The 860 was fine but was no race motor, this one I'm sure is running much more compression and has better heads. Even if they had fixed the wiring and diff issue, they were still out gunned. I'm pretty sure without them saying it, what they "fixed" entailed rebuilding the motor again and that paired with proper clutching, allowed them to win.

We did multiple videos earlier on this year about the Differential and the fix, it's the Torq Locker we put in and we outlined the issues we were having with the axle and all that. Just search for it and you can watch that whole series. Yes we didn't go through there entire electrical fix, it turned out to be something very very small, but when we took it to Turners Performance that was resolved as part of the upgrade.

Probably 30 grand total build especially getting these guys to do all this custom porting and boring and all that still a loss in my opinion

Yeah we didn't go with Budget on this part. No where near $30k, but we did increase the cost this go round for sure. We think it's worth it, every penny.

@@tropicalshadow3817 MrRPM is actually way way cheaper than stock replacement parts. You can rebuild your 800 to an 840 or 860 cheaper than buying the 800 replacement cylinders and pistons. You can get really expansive stuff from him if you want it but all in all his stuff is really well priced.

We grew up riding dirt bikes with our dads who raced dirt bikes long before ATVs even became popular, which is the reason every once in a while we reference an ATV as a bike. Just slips out. They're both offroad and we obviously know the difference and realistically unless you're 12 years old I think you're mature enough to handle hearing that the odd time in a segment. I could be wrong though...
