An idea: What would happen, when ManCity has a teribble Manager (maybe 50 or lower ca locked)? Would the money carry them?

Free agent database? As in release EVERY player in the game? I mean that sounds amazing but how do u even package that up without it being like 6 hours long 🤣

Someone has to investigate that Aston Villa job. There must have been some shady business going on there. I hoped to see him win a world cup with england 😢

Investigate how he got it? It was out of nowhere wasn't it. I think he prob had the CA and was doing ok rep wise n just got given a chance. Reminds me of David Moyes going from Preston to Everton back in the day

It's really fun to see how staff members progress, it's not something as obvious as normal players, becauase you get no arrows or any way to check their progress sadly

They can... and I'm working on it. Going to be a 50 year career. Just working out who for. I'm looking at Championship sides with good youth academies, so there is a base for success. Thinking Leicester or Southampton as possible options

@@jayhuahua maybe target some fallen giant with rich history. Maybe that in itself can be a series.. reawakening the fallen giants with a manager who's under contract for 50 years. Maybe you can slowly go into the other countries' fallen giants too

Wow didnt know Manager will have perfect potential as well. Nicely done! Maybe u can try making Manager with high Temperament like Roy Keane and see whether he will be successful in FM unlike in his real life as Manager.

Would be really interesting to see a mash up between manager and players. Like perfect potential players how do they develop with the perfect manager versus a rubbish one

Can you give a national league club perfect staff, and lock them in and sim for a bunch of years to see if they can manage to be a prem level club?

I'm workinh on this. The problem with it is u open extra staff slots as u move up the leagues, so I'm trying to work out how to combat this

@jayhuahua isnt there a hardcoded max number of each staff it could ever expand to? Such as ive never been given more than 26 scouts on any save. Just give them that many and then even when they get more they wont be able to hire more?

@petarkokanovic4963 possibly but the game is hardcoded strangely so maybe not. With FM moving to a new engine it may be possible on future editons for definite though
