@@ComputerStuff I forget the exact science behind it, but you could reference Lance Hedrick videos for that. He breaks it all down and gives sources to his explanations too
If the bar pressure could be changed and controlled, it would be better than Breville

Breville does have a machine that can change the pressure, but a lot of semi automatics neglect this feature. Understandably so though I guess - trying to make it as simple as possible for the lay person.
