Description: A walkaround of BWCA Campsite 686. This is the westernmost campsite on Caribou Lake. It is just east of the Clearwater Lake portage. There is a trail that runs through the back of this campsite. If you follow it to the west, it eventually connects up with the portage trail running between Clearwater Lake and Caribou Lake. If you follow it to the east, it goes to BWCA Campsite 687. Remnants of this trail go even go further east to BWCA Campsite 688. This campsite is in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in northern Minnesota.
