Nice experience shrikanth but be careful. Don't take much risk as you are travelling with your wife and kid. The following are the risks 1. When you camp near the water resources you cannot rule out the visit by elephants and other animals during night 2. Chances of attacks by robbers and anti social elements 3. Remember you need to take permission from police/forest staff that camping at such places. If something goes wrong the govt agencies will not support you. 4. Agreed overall it's a situation reaction experience to unexpected problems in life but be careful. 5. Don't carry jewellery and other costly items during such trips 6. Has Ayushman and your wife know swimming. If not teach them first 7. Train your wife also to drive-at least basics

I think Maruthi company should honour u for promoting their eco car and for also showing people that one can travel from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in ECo

Hi sir . I am localite of Mysore. We keep visiting here since 15 years .... It's not recommended to camp here . Lot of wild elephants come around those bank of river. Please be safe and all the best.

Yeah, even we are surprised, everything went so well as soon as we went to bed this thunderstorms started

1) Its not Kabini LAKE - Its backwaters of Kabini DAM.. KABINI / KAPILA is a river .. Tributary of Cauvery river. 2) Its not advised to camp at the location you camped as its the edge of national reserve forest (3 states Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu/tri junction of huge reserve forest / tiger reserve forest).. Many forest animals like elephants tigers panthers leopard bison bear roam over there (mainly wild Elephants) and its very risky to stay overnight in an camp like you have setup...

Best thing I like about you is that you enjoy every moment of your trip ..even if there are some challenging situations..your presentation is very interesting and thrilling and I feel I am standing next to you and enjoying with you ..God bless this family

Dear Shrikant jee, think of fixing a big sized luggage carrier on top of ur camper van. This will help you to carry extra material on tour. Nowadays you can install your tent on the camper van luggage carrier also. That will be safe during night out camping from domestic and/or wild animals. Also avoid parking vehicle in open ground when its raining and lightening, its not at all safe. Take care. By the way I find Mani jee has a very good Hindi vocabulary. Keep it up. Jay Jagannath.

Thanks for all the valuable suggestion, for EECO roof top tent is not advisable as it has body roll and driving with approx 70+ kg at top make the vehicle unstable

When camping in wild avoid Non-Veg food. The smell of meat and left over bones attract carnivores and they are mostly nocturnal in nature.

Ayushman is really very lucky, he is getting real life experience.
