He clearly doesn't have to but the hum of the traffic leads to a good nights sleep, by all accounts. Always entertaining vids Billy, keep it up.

Tip I use a 10 litre Jerry can as ballast, that way when I’m finished with it I can just empty it out then it’s light to haul around, plus I have plenty of drinking water on hand. Save carrying that barbell weight. Nice video btw

Oh, so the breadcrumbs will stick to them... So he's making his own fish fingers, nice! Hang on, isn't he sat in a canoe in the middle of the river, yes he is! 😂 Well atleast he doesn't have to try and keep a pan of hot oil steady on the river..... 😳 Love it 😀👍

The vast majority of those people (dog walkers, Horse riders etc) are enjoying what their doing, and probably don`t care what you are doing "to enjoy yourself". Your enjoyment does not infringe upon their enjoyment, so each to his/her own. It`s those who are unable to enjoy themselves, that seek to prevent others from enjoying themselves, that are the problem. The Inland Waterways Authority` are responsible for all rivers and canals, NOT the local council, or the police. Should someone complain you will be long gone by the time a water baliff turns up to inspect your watercraft permit. If one does actually turn up, he/she is not likely to wade into the water to ask for it.

I am glad you did not have to go to the loo when sleeping in there. I tried it once and it was a complete disaster and became $500 poorer. That fish sandwich looked incredible. All the best to you Billy and always remember to follow your nose!

I will say, this is pretty original. GOOD IDEA. The thought of camping in a canoe actually sounds very relaxing.. in the right environment. ..That fish looked great as well.

I would be a nervous wreck camping in a canoe Billy. It seems the river was determined, to not let you enjoy your fish finger sandwich. Thank you again for your content.

Canoe tripping here in Canada can get to be too much of the usual tedium. It was a joy to see this video, hopefully to inspire more innovative ways of expressing the canoe experience. I've often taught of sleeping in my canoe but never seriously. I lack the nerve for it. I was interested to see you actually pulling it off with great success. Thanks for this contribution to inspire the rest of us.
