When it starts to crack and shift like that, does the ice pretty much constantly make that sound? I heard that for a short while from a large lake in Michigan and found it to be creepy and occasionally haunting. Anyway... great video, I really enjoyed the simplicity of the camp!

Well, I appreciate your effort, but you can buy a good tent that can be used as your shelter. If you enjoy nature, you could also consider making a shelter using tree branches or caves. This is just a suggestion and choice is yours.

I wonder when your going to start building a REFLECTOR behind your fire. I bet you lose 90% of your heat to the open air... Easy to build.. Hammer in two 3 foot tall sticks 2 feet apart into the ground and then lay pieces of wood at least an inch thick against the two Stakes longways to the top.. Me Personally I make a 3 foot tall one..
