Ich habe vor vielen Jahren einmal versucht mit einer Stichsäge einen Kreis für einen Adventskalender zuzusägen. Es wurde dann stattdessen spontan eine Wolke um das ganze Projekt noch zu retten 😂 Ich find es so bewundernswert, wenn Leute aus "langweiligen" Holzplatten solche Dinge erschaffen können. Und dann doch noch mit solch einer Präzision, so schön und dann durch noch funktional. Wenn ich so etwas sehe denke ich, ich hätte Schreinerin werden sollen. Dann würde ich den Umgang mit dem ganzen Werkzeug hierfür nun auch beherrschen und könnte solche Sachen bauen. Stattdessen habe ich mich entschieden Ärztin zu werden... Schöne scheiße. 🙈 Ich bin wirklich neidisch. Wenn ich versuche das nachzubauen bricht mir die Kiste bestimmt unter dem Hintern weg😂

Top Arbeit , ich würde vielleicht noch bei der Unterkostruktion , bei den 2 Brettern Einkerbungen reinmachen um die Lehne zu stabilisieren, wenn man das Bett in eine Sitzfunktion umbaut. Auch da wo der Gaskocher steht, würde ich mich nach der Gesamtausführung der Arbeit nicht mit einem Halteband zufrieden geben, ich hätte das genau so gelöst wie die Fixierung der Kühlbox, da hat man ja kleine Brettchen angebracht. Ist natürlich immer Geschmackssache, ich habe mir das Video komplett angeschaut und war am Ende überrascht das man da jetzt ganz simpel ein Band zur Fixierung nutzt.😀

I've used 2 pieces 15mm plywood for the body and 1/2 piece 12mm for the drawers. One piece is 250 x 125 cm.

@@GVMCorner 77 pounds, that is really light for what you built, but still too heavy for me to handle on my own. I guess I am stuck with my basic modular build. Thank you for the video... I can always dream.

@@anitasimmons3599 Instead of plywood, you can use triply wood made of picea for instance (400kg/m3). This might be lighter than most plywood (~100km/m3), which could help saving a bit of weight.

@@GVMCorner Great cut-outs in the panels, this might have helped saving a lot of weight (even if it means having a lot of wood left-overs). Great patterns. It might be really lighter than the first models you made. Congrats !

Just bought the plans you had linked in another video. I wanted to ask... is this plywood that you painted white or does it have some sort of plastic on both sides that are white (like some types of plywood with various colors available on the market)

It's melamine resin coated plywood.

I see things like this in America for sale for $3,500. Seeing how much work and tooling you need to build one, I guess the price makes sense. I wonder how many actual hours it took him to build it?

Zwei Monate später stand die Box im Auto, einige Maße angepasst damit sie etwas höher ist, in den Kangoo 2021 passt und die Sitzbank noch genutzt werden kann. Ohne der Anleitung und deiner tollen Videos wäre das sicher nicht gelungen! Danke! großartige Hilfestellung. Als nächstes ist der DIY Komposter dran :D

Für diese Box gibt es leider keine Pläne.
