I'm not a member of any channels but I am a Patreon of a few, at the lowest price bracket (£1 to £3 per month), for this I usually get everything which goes out, but a few days early (more opportunity to engage in comments and conversation). Some channels do a weekly 20 minute news round-up which only Patrons see and sometimes I see Patreon-only content. For much more than a fiver per month you would need to be producing a ton more content and offering more engagement which I would say for you with your already high content rate would be tricky. Some higher rate Patreon levels also offer merchandise discount and exclusive or behind the scenes content. I hope that's helpful.

I would happily chuck a few quid a month your way to see more content, Although i would suggest something like "buy me a coffee" or patreon instead of the youtube membership thing (you keep more of the money then), Also as ive seen others suggest - what about doing a livestream once in a while for those who do support the channel with said few quid?

Honestly since we moved away from modern every day car repair I can’t say there is, back when we did I use to dread coming in some days!!! Its was more the customers than the actual work! “Is it done yet”…. (6th time they’ve phone up) I must have it back by 5!!!…. Oh I didn’t think it was going to cost that much!!!…. Last week you fitted some new wiper blades.. and two days later my engine blows up that’s obviously your fault…. And finally oh I’ll pay you when I get paid at the end of the month …. Eeerrr I don’t miss that one little bit 👍

I guess another classic line would be them telling you what they think the issue is and then from their diagnosis, asking you how much will it cost to fix. Like you have a price list in your head for the parts, and can instantly work out the amount of man hours required to do the job effectively and then wait for them to make a noise or take a sharp intake of breath before saying is that the best price, surely it’s only an hours work. I don’t envy garage owners that get those kinds of questions. Looking forward to seeing Sunday’s antics.
