I fell in love with Corot‘s paintings after seeing some in real. He did pretty crazy work with paint thinner and shows courage in his paintings with more or less blurry things at places where you don‘t expect it. The soft strokes and wilder ones scattered around his images are astonishing unique. I think my words make the most sense if you see his work in a gallery. Thank you very much for your video. It‘s super helpful.

could you tell me more about the glazing? Do you mix the paint with linseed oil, and then rub it on?

The green land on a higher plane seems disconnected, like you need a hint of how it connects with the foreground.

Nicely done. The painting came in and out of focus as your hand and brush kept triggering the auto focus. For me it was a little disturbing. Try setting the camera on manual focus and bring the painting into focus and leave it there. Thanks. Looking forward to the next painting video.

Hi William, manual focus is a no go mate, I've tried it and had too many bad videos as a result. Thanks for the constructive advice though, I appreciate it :-)
