The issue with her dropshot is that she can only do it from her backhand... Just like Marketa Vondrousova... That's why I prefer Hsieh Su-Wei and Ons Jabeur; they can pull it from the forehand and backhand...

mucha gente grita y eso esta bn. El problema es que lo haga en los puntos donde el otro jugador haya cometido un "unforced error",,en otras palabras es como un regalo. Se suele hacer y es lo correcto celebrar de esa manera cuando por ejemplo en este caso Camila haya tirado un winner donde su oponente no pudo tocar la bola. Pa explicarte en otro contexto..en el futbol como se celebra el autogol del otro equipo..uno se pone contento por ese regalo, pero el equipo favorecido no se va por todo el estadio a gritar gooooooolllllll. Lo digo como tenista. Yo cuando competía gritaba ..pero no en errores de mi oponente. En fin..grande Camila! Viva Colombia!!

doesn't she remind you of someone else on the WTA tour who absolutely MASTERS the drop shot?? Actually that player completely outplayed Serrano a couple of weeks ago in the US Open by 6/0 6/1 ! Turns out she learned some good stuff from that match and she is performing very well right now... Congrats!

Giorgi no pierde por su actitud, que sí es medio sangrón, pero pierde porque no tiene nada de variedad. Solo sabe pegar fuerte y su "tennis IQ" es muy, muy bajo.

As a side note and with all the respect I have for you, please please please stop celebrating so loud every time your opponent hits an unforced error. Is is not suitable for tennis and it is disrespectful. Maybe I can understand celebrating if u hit a super hard shot that was almost a winner and the opponent barely touched it with the side of the racquet..anyhow ..just celebrate when you hit the winner and there is no need to get loud 99% of the match hehe :P

It's not anger, i see it more as frustration, she often celebrates louder the points after she has lost several points or even a full game idk, basically when she feels she has not been giving her best

I don't think Giorgi got enough tough opponents in this tour to deserve to be in the final, the only tough opponent was Bolsova besides María (underdog all the matches) played better than her, not just today but the entire tour. Since Montreal Giorgi has dropped the level, that's the truth, she must beat Rus and Kovinić easily, but today she wouldn't beat Pliskova or Sabalenka again. María is FINALLY managing to control her strength on the hardcourt which is the main difficulty for young players that grow up on the clay court (Kostyuk, Gasanova, Samsonova and why not SWIATEK)

Power vs IQ....almost always IQ will win...

Giorgi has said in past interviews that she does not watch ladles tennis. That is the problem right there. Pompous attitude in thinking she will win every match and scowls when she loses.

Czemu nie pokazaliście jak w 2 secie przy stanie 6-5 i 15-15 Camila Giorgi uderzyła po prostej i siadło w boisko a liniowa pokazała aut to jest kradzież w biały dzień! To był najważniejszy punkt tego meczu powinno być 30-15 ale w drugą strone i nie wiadomo jak by sie mecz dalej potoczył. Jak doszło by do Taibreaka to tak jest fifti/fifti a jak by wygrała taibraeka to mogł by sie wgl mecz obrócić! Został niesmak/smród po tym meczu! Jak ktoś ogladał cały mecz to wie o czym mówię ;)
