Calves Are Gone And Tough Day Of Pumping Manure
Join along as we wake up to the calves being gone but after some searching it's time to head to manure hauling just to have many battles with thick manure. Then home to search for the calves with no hope till someone spots them. Thanks for watching along.

As you were ending this video, I could sense by the sound of your voice and the look in your eyes, just how much you truly love your animals and were thankful they were back home. You are a good man Chris and have so many good friends who will always be there for you. It speaks highly of you.
This video revealed just how much you love and enjoy the company of Norman and his buddies. Your friends and neighbors revealed their willingness to immediately help someone in need!😊
Being surrounded by good people means so much. Because at the end of day no matter how much we want do it all by ourselves, sometimes we all need some help
Tip Chris when running new HOT wire till the cows get used to the runs. Is to tie 24" strips of plastic yellow caution tape on the wires every 6 feet.😉👍👍
even though it was dark outside, I didn't need to see your face, the sound of your voice said everything about how you feel about your animals and the relief you felt getting them back home. What was equally was the feelings you have for your friends that were willing to drop everything and come and help. That is very special.
So glad you found the boys . Thank goodness for good friends and neighbors.
Finding the cattle would have been a number priority in my book that morning instead of hauling. Usually start driving around and you will find tracks or see them
That's what true friends are for. I'm glad you found your animals
Im so glad they were found and together and having another farmer posting that they were holding them is so awesome. I think we have all known that those 3 amigos were never about the money. Glad you had a good day hauling and the boys are back home.
I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that helped you Duffy and I'm so glad you got your 3 mates back
This was a Heartbreaking video to say the least. I teared up myself 😢 on this one,but in the end I had tears of joy. Soo glad you got them back. God Bless all who helped make this happen.🙏🏻

Fantastic neighbors you have. Great to see the boys are back.
What a great bunch of friends and neighbors you got, so happy to see the boys back home with you, I know how much you like and care for them, its as you say, a part of coming home to them and have them around grazing and being awesome. Huge thanks to them all for helping you find them and get them home, true friends!
So glad the boys are back and ok!!!

Great you found them and got them home and it shows you have alot of people willing to help when needed
That's a ways away. Glade you found them. I understand how you felt had that happen to us also. Have a great day.
I've said since you got your farm, your friends and neighbors in that area are amazing. I was feeling very sad when I thought the boys were gone. Just the other day Chris was out watching them run around like kids on their newly opened pasture. I was so relieved when I heard the neighbors spotted them that far away. Then they stepped up and did the right thing. Man, these are the cream of the crop in human beings. I'm so happy to see the boys back home and have a ton of gratitude for your neighbors in that area of vast and gorgeous NY farmland. You finally caught a well deserved break. It's easy to see what those calves and Yenko mean to you. I'm the exact same way with not only my animals but pretty much all animals. Huge tip of the cap to your neighbors in the area. We should all be so lucky to have neighbors like this. Amazing and cheers to all.
That is amazing you got them back and have a great community around you.
Awesome so glad to see the boys are home they've also become part of our lives as loyal followers of yours keep up the great work mate from Dean in Australia
Glad you got them back. But that's what cattle do best, Go on sight seeing trips in the middle of the night!

I'm happy that you got your calves back
Glad they are back the calves are a big part of your life along with yenko hang in there you are doing the best you can
Glad you got Norman and co back, I’ve had a group of 30 calves get spooked by a thunderstorm a few years back and they went through 4 hedges and swam a 60ft wide river and still managed to get 8 miles away before they were able to get caught. So relieved and could hear the emotions in your voice. Back home safely 👍
Great to hear you got your Livestock back. I know how stressful that was! I know the black ones are hard to see at night and can be hit easily!
Fantastic Chris! Glad the boys are back home and that you have great people that are willing to help at a moments notice.
So glad you got the boys back
You just can't replace good friends and good people!!! Glad your Family is back home safe and sounds like you met some pretty awesome people today 😊
Glad you got your calves back. Thank God for good people that care about you an you critters.
G’job Chris, good neighbors and friends are irreplaceable. Glad the boys are home and safe. Take care hoss🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
Happy to see you were able to find your missing kids. If you have a coyote problem, you might want to look into getting a donkey, mule or maybe some type of livestock guardian.
Well Mr. Chris welcome to the cattle world it is what it is anyone who raises cattle on pasture will tell you that cows are always going to get out you just deal it go round em up and walk the fence again! nothing but a thing like you say " just part of farming" you'll be aright keep your chin up!!!
when i was a kid my uncle bought cows from Canada, as soon as they were unloaded one mature milk cow took off headed north up through the woods over a large for Pennsylvania mountain, she stopped at a farm about 10 miles away.
You have good people around you because you are a good people !
Great recovery! Friends were awesome and their efforts were priceless. 👍👍👍
Wonderful news !!
lol the joys of having cattle. This is only three head, I had 100 get loose one time. Took days to get them all back.
Great to have the boys back! That was a stressful watch
Glad they're safe. Fix your cobbled up fence.
That's great on the cow's Chris. Glad you got them back home safely ❤
Glad you got the calves home Cris. You can tell in your voice the emotion of knowing they were home safe. Not saying you should, but we had calves and goats. We either put a couple donkeys or horses with our herds. its amazing how protective they got over the cattle and the goats.
You’re so fortunate to have such wonderful neighbors and friends to help get the boys back. Great job!!!!
Glad you got them back thanks to all that helped out.
Great News Chris
Glad you found them! What great friends you have to come out and help you out. And glad you got the boys back!

Soooo glad u got the boys back!!!!! I could tell u was very very very worried bout the boys!!!!
It shows that you made the right decision to move there you may have not getting the help elsewhere. Give the boys some extra grain
Great bunch of people in your area.
I've had to go after my cows before, it's such a relief when you get them back awesome man
It's OK to cry just saying! You got them back!!!
Ohh, I'm so happy you got them back. I could see how it was affecting you .
Love the videos
Glad the boy's are home safe! Coyote's won't move out unless someone pressures them. Possibly put the word out locally to find someone to humt them. We just had the same problem here in SE Minnesota, They seem to be staying away from the livestock now.
Im happy to see the cows are back and safe.. Truly sucks when stuff like this happens... Just wanted to say thank you for creating and sharing this with us..

Sweet neighbors love watching your cows they are like family
They got lost because Norman has great homing instincts because he stayed on your property when he was loose so what ever chased them did so for a long distance
I'm extremely happy you got the boys back!✌️❤️🤘
Glad the boys are home, and glad yo have good people in your
Donkeys make good protection for cows and other animals. Think about getting yourself one. Glad you got the boys back home.
Good friends make life easier to tolerate. We had something chase a group of pregnant heifers through 5 strand barb wire fence and they ended up 12 miles from home
Great to have them back on the farm.
Amazing.
beauty of an opening shot brotha. love that old mack working. wheeeeepsshshuuuuuuu. chaaa chunk. CLASSIC. NOISY AND COLD, a REAL experience.
Get some rest Chris. you earned it. Try not to dream about cows jumping over fences to fall asleep.😁
Glad you got the cows back 👍🏻
Glad you found your cows
Glad you got the calves back chris. They are family to you
Great news
Glad they are back, that must have been a stressful day for Yenko, you and the Calves. They got a lot of workout done walking that far, hope they had a nice night sleep after that.
Chris your full of emotion let it out so happy Norman and the crew are back… time for some predator control I’m thinking!!!!
Please watch the sun while filming. We dont want to be blinded too.😎 I know how much the weldblinfing hurts.😂
Shout out to all the people that helped get them back.
Glad you found your cows. Critters getting out has to be one of the most stressful things about farming.
So pleased you got the boys back, and great friends and neighbours helping you return them. They always seem happy at your place, so something really spooked them. Did I hear you say loose dogs?? That seems to be a problem wherever you are in the world. Loved that picture that was posted of them wandering down a road.
its not that great of a fencing to start whit duffy( i now i now your solo ) , but luckly the friends and neighbors came to help and it all end well . love to see it .
I think those three are lifers. Norman was left behind or thrown aside.Mickle and Damascus are friends that brought him back. See any similarities.
Happy ending for The boys, and its ok to cry❤❤😢😢
Glad you got them back how Norman had done some traveling
Damn fine friends and neighbors. By neighbors I mean like the old days, living many miles apart.
My goodness. Not sure how you cope with all that's going on. I find it stressful just watching on video. You have great neighbours and friends.
