para sakin when it comes to calorie burning mas malakas kumain ng calories ang strength training kaysa cardio. pag malaki ang muscle mass ang lakas nitong kumain ng calories when your body is at rest maliban sa sinunig mo during the stength training kasi it takes a lot of calories to maintain that muscle muscle mass. imagine kahit wala kang ginagawa naka higa lang eh ang dami mong burn na calories dahil sa muscles mo
