Thank you. Is there anything that does involve pain? The whip sounds scary.
Ive left my horse in a paddock for months without doing anything as she has separation anxiety and I am scared of her. The other day I decided to try to some flexing and a few other ground work things but as soon as i started she began pawing (out of what i think was frustration at being asked to do something) Im not sure why as i released pressure as soon as she flexed, do you know why this would be?

Not an expert, but you probably shouldn't work with a horse you're afraid of. Get a horse more on your level so neither of you ends up hurt...!
