CalMet Services of Lomita Pt. 3

So me and Matt (ATSFpony) had Veteran's Day off so we ventured into Lomita to see what we could find. First we found a lid flipping Elliptical in the distance, immediately I knew it was Jose in 145 revving. Although, that wasn't the case this time. There was a sub driver behind the wheel revving and lid flipping like Jose would do, but just not as frequent. Unfortunately he went to go dump after these last two streets or so.
After that we split up and I was able to find Pancho in 142 on trash, while Matt found Roque in 144. I wanted to get footage of every truck I found so I went with 144 afterwards. Unfortunately my camera ran out of battery so I had to use my phone. I got a new phone which records better video quality, but the sound quality is still at potato level.
I also saw an FL in the distance, which may have been a new one :/ He was going far away and fast, plus there didn't seem to be any more dumpsters out in the area. Oh well, next time. I also plan to get more of 145 if I can and 143 mixing.
I also noticed that Lomita is getting cart variety now as they're rolling in Ottos now instead of Rotos...

Great video! 145 revved really nice and the other trucks did as well. They sound just like LABOS trucks. Definitely like the cart variety in Lomita because of the Rotos. Looks like you had a great Veterans Day. And your new phone has way better quality.

Nice video Eric! 145 is always enjoyable especially when revved. Like how it revs so hard yet its so slooow lol reminds me of 510. 142 is nice reminds me of 963. 144 was cool too. Really enjoy your calmet footage. Nice video!

That was neat to see some lid flipping from a CalMet truck. Bet the Volvo would've flew the route with that guy behind the wheel lol I wonder if Baldwin Park or CalMet has slower trucks...lol still a fun video. Nice work

+WMmaster626 Thanks! Baldwin for sure lol for 145 the driver was probably holding the control to tighten grip and was moving up and down the arm, that's why it was slow. Gotta agree with you on the Volvo lol probably as fast as 780...

Awesome video Eric!! Damn those revved the hell out of the trucks it's amazing. Why were the first cans in the vid backwards? Do they have regular routes. Awesome vid again dude!!
