I feel that nowadays most photographers feel obliged to have to surprise those who follow them with increasingly elaborate photographs. But this causes the photographer to lose the identity of his work. You are different, you capture what you like and nothing else matters. I love photographs of plants because nature and the color green for me is the most beautiful thing on earth. Taking photos of the houses with the approach you give them is a total success, a resource that many underestimate. Congratulations.

What I found surprising was that Tokyo streets look so clean, no garbage around and that a lot of people have their mouths covered and we can't see their whole face.

@@elielbgarcia street photography shouldn't be all elitist and shit, or even trying to get top of the line shots, it should be about just going out and capturing anything and everything that you think looks nice
i’m just 10 minutes in, and i realize i’ve come across a gem here. i love the gentle laid-back vibes of this SO so much and i want more :’( subscribed. personally, i love journaling and capturing moments. photography, i feel, does just that as an art form, and it’s very present in the way you explain the photos while walking through the city. i might use some of those photos as drawing references! this video just made me so happy! :) the color and liveliness makes me want to visit a city again
Your street photography has a way of telling stories and evoking emotions. I'm in awe of your talent!
I love how you explain why you like a shoot, and watching your videos give me chills.
The narratives and emotions your street photography captures are truly captivating. Your talent leaves me in awe!
very much enjoy the commentary and insight you give on your shots - even the ones that are a "miss". showing those shots rather than hiding them deserves some respect, too!
this video makes me feel a sense of peace within and being a photographer helps me understand/relate more to such amazing experiences we get to witness during exploring our passions
I really love how calm and relaxing your videos are. It was nice hearing your commentary on how the photos turned out. Subscribed!
the movement, music, photos, and stages this video have is legend. Quality work here Teo
I like how you're capturing simple things or scenes that we ignore in our day-to-day life, It was great, I also enjoy taking pictures of mundane things whenever I go outside but it made me think that I'm weird (cause most of the places is crowded here), this video inspired me to feels less embarrassed about it, also your photography skill is amazing
I like the moment you caught on video the stranger telling the man his backpack was open. A small moment of kindness.
It really good feeling when you go around and take photo, just for your self. Thanks for sharing.
I find it quite relaxing what you do. It is so cool to see someone just taking photos, which are in my opinion all nice. Also the vibe in your videos just bring me down to earth again. Idk hoe to say it. Thanks for the videos man.

Ahh lovely I really hope for my videos to be calming and mildly motivating☺️ Thank you!🥹
Capturing all of these beautiful moments makes me feel so "natsukashii" about Japan. Thank you so much for this. I also think there was a huge improvement here in having the courage to take shots of people's faces even when sometimes they would look straight into the camera. My favorite shot might have been the pink building to the left with the family on the sidewalk in the middle of the composition (It just felt like something I have seen many times before in Japan - very natsukashii)
What i love about Japan is the beauty is everyday places. IT is not ornamental for sake of it but very utilitarian. I am in similar stage of street photography struggling to take photos in very crowded areas
this video is such a vibe i love it i feel the inspiration flowing
Hi Teo. I just came across your channel via this video and although I haven't even finished it yet but I love it! The way you walk us through your reasoning, what caught your attention in the shot/object, etc... Also, very humble of you to show as well the photos you didn't like, not only the ones that turned out perfect! I'll keep following, since Japan is as well on my bucket list! :D
he wasnt lying when he put calm in the title, this is my favorite street photography channel now
I love it actually ❤ your style and the peaceful vibe it's giving, first time watching your video, and looking at all these empty streets (also very clean) and the calm environment around your area I'm amazed as well curious to know how beautiful Japan is. it made me feel like I was in that space/present there walking around the streets myself.
It’s nice to see photographs to show proof of what the camera has to offer. Loved this video 😊
love your work, very aesthetically pleasing and calming voice
Always a pleasure to watch, keep pushing! Japan is so great for photography, so many things to discover! 🎉 Love the photo at 16:33, imagine if the guy on the foreground was blurred…
Phenomenal work, Teo. Your commentary alongside the imagery really captures the environment so purely. Also, the snooping grannies in the beginning was hilarious. Couldn't have asked for a better shot lol
That photo of the Granny's at 3:18 is fantastic! It is a very interesting subject and foreground! It is a photo that tells a story. I love it! Side note: I just found you and really appreciate your honest discourse of your photos. Your personal comments on the photos is super valuable to me. It helps newer people improve also. I have so much respect for you for not trying to sell every photo that you take as GOD TIER. Too many on the internet try to sell their photos as more than they are. Your photography is fantastic, IMO. Keep it up and thanks for bringing us along!
hello! just wanted to say that I absolutely love your videos and how you add a purpose to the mundane everyday things
Just wow!! I love your video so calming and so interesting. You are so talented 😇
Loved watching this! Very therapeutic, great vibes all around :)
i loooove japan!!! and I love the photos even more, the whole process is so relaxing to watch :)
I am new here but! I really like this format exploring a city! Feels like I am you, trying to figure out what is captivating in the scene. Absolutely genius.
The color video is looking great, I love this soft color grading
Absolutely brilliant selection of photographs taken with this camera
this is so calming...
Your tone is incredible, love this tone, both video and your photo
Such a beautiful and calming video. I loved it so much.. The streets of Tokyo, the music, the slow paced voice, everything is so relaxing. I love the color grading.
This is amazing! Congrats for your work. Do you have any preset for your photographs? They look awesome
I just bought my first camera GX9 with the 25mm 1.7f lens after watching this video. Looking forward to receiving them. Thanks for your amazing photos!👍
18:36 Very nice to see you progress and build confidence with your humanistic street photography. I really like this shot.

Omg this video is so peaceful and calming and also helpful I just moved to japan 2 weeks ago and got real lucky at my local thrift store here and bought a Canon AE-1 film camera I know nothing about cameras or taking pictures but if I can be just as half as good as you are at taking pictures i'll be content 😅such goals!!

Another amazing video Teo
I absolutely looovee the color and vibe your photos have! How do you edit your photos?
Hii, this is the first video I've come across and I'm so happy I did. The shot with the two grannies is just everything! I would love to see a video where you do something like this and talk more detail on how you adjust for different exposures, and more of the technique :)
I loved how aesthetically gorgeous your photos and I was suddenly shocked by the part where you accidentally deleted your files. 😂😊❤ But honestly your video is so nice Japan is so amazing country and I dream of visiting that place soon.
Hi Teo! How to put the gopro on your chest? Thanks
I love your simple and beautiful pictures! Please come to Osaka one day😊
I feel we need to talk more about the filmmaking skills. Great work!
Amazing video and photographs. Thank you! Would love to visit Japan once ❤
Teo I like your street photography work. I intend to go to Japan soon. Hopefully Tokyo and Kyoto
the result really comfy 😍, i hope i have camera like this
wow i love the colours in this video. Do you have a LUT on it or manually colour graded it yourself? edit: pardon me i just saw the link to it in your description.

It's awesome how you can walk around in Japan and be safe. I can't do that in New York.

I love all the warm spring vibes in your photos especially when they picture some interesting people ^^ how much work do you put in the editing of these? is it just a minute in photoshop? it seems so artsy and perfectly realistic in capturing mood - I am so impressed, how you make it feel like I by myself experienced that moment and those photographs just captured my memories. although, you‘re just in practicing street photography you have such a beautifully realistic way of seeing the world! just wanted to let you know that and I wish you a wonderful day :)

Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m pretty fast with my edits because I’ve been practicing for 8 years at this point, however a minute is still not enough hahah - I might take five minutes per photograph🙌🏼
Hey Teo! I just bought my own Lumix gx80 for a decent prize after watching your videos for a long while. You really inspire me, and based off that I've started my own photographic journey. I was wondering if you have any recommendations for lenses that are good for longshot-ish photography (birds, animals, etc, 60-150mm) that aren't SUPER expensive. I've looked everywhere and watched a lot of guides but none of them have helped. Appreciate all the effort u make and love your videos man
love the shots!

Very cool! Thank you! 🎉

5:54 was one of my absolute favorite photos- and the one with the sneaky grannies hehe. I seriously love your photography. It's just my style. I have a Lumix GX85- hoping I can learn to love it, but it's been two years and I still don't like it as much as I loved my Canon Rebel t3i- I'll just have to keep watching more Lumix videos haha- I can't wait to see more vids like this

such a cool video! i was wondering, how often do people get angry at u by taking their picture? i imagine that doing street photography involves a lot of courage to just point the camera to someone and shoot it
