I was at a customer service desk the other day and there were leaflets that said scam in big letters. I picked it up and it was warning about gift card scams. At least theres that for now but you are right. That is a great idea.

It pisses me off that OBVIOUSLY stores like Lowe’s and BJ’s don’t have a good system or protocol established to help protect their customers from being victims of these scams. And I don’t know if it’s just ignorance or is it because the stores don’t care, money is money. If there was some kind of legislation passed where retail stores were held responsible for the loss that is connected to giftcard scams, instead of passing it off onto the customers then maybe it hey would make it a priority!!

There is an easy way to prevent these gift card scams, it’s called common sense and a brain! If a person buys a knife and use it to commit a crime, should the store who sold the knife be held responsible? Sounds like your brains cells died all at once or you are too lazy to think!
