Snipers have too much aim assist and it makes sniping broken and uncompetitive, especially with the ass maps this year

Luckily they don’t make decisions solely based on what’s “hype”. The major difference in these old games and newer ones is the absurd level of aim assist. Combine that with the fact that snaking is GA'd (as it should be), making snipers even more overpowered, and there is no place for snipers.

When pros play against other pros they can't just trickshot people. Snipes look normal, but just keep in mind they're not playing your average Joe but against the best players in the world

Almost every pro in the league has insane reflexes, pros dont just stand in the middle of the map - they'll slightly peak a corner and they also know every spot on every map. They know you're sniping and the location you're most likely at, they've played these situations 1000x in practice and in tournament matches. So I think that's what makes these not look 'normal'. You're not supposed to quickscope one of the best players in the world, pros don't give second chances if you peak you're dead.

if you couldn't see across the entire map in every lane on mw3 we'd have snipes lol

Would be fun for sure, 2 snipes on the map at all times - but three lanes to watch. Smokes would need to be used precisely, no room for error.

Quick scoping is just exploiting a flaw in game engine logic... most of the kills you can easily go frame by frame and it's no where close to hitting the person.

Why snipe clips when half the kills ate from a pistol

Good riddance tbh. Snipers are fine in other games, but sniping takes very very little skill to actually do with HUGE reward. This ain't apex where it's actually hard to hit a headie with the kraber lol
