My vietnam veteran papa passed away a day before veterans day and tonight Cold War drops. We had to travel 2 states (thru Texas so that takes forever) but i couldnt NOT bring my ps4 to be able to still play at night when we get back to the hotel to get my mind off things. The audio panel is interesting, they seem to work especially hard on making the audio more balanced. I loved the audio design of Modern Warfare, and that game definitely has more realistic audio compared to Cold War, but Cold War seems to make sure the audio is balanced to blend with gameplay better. Footstep audio is very important and, in MW, things like Killstreaks, vehicles, and audio generated by teammates would overshadow enemy footstep audio on multiple occasions. Treyarch seems to have worked on that issue for Cold War, making sure that footstep audio is more discernible in the middle of the chaos. This is all talk though, let's see how they executed it

Nice, there is a dark matter camo, and for zombies there is another dark matter like camo called the dark aether camo, and that one will be similar to the dark matter from bo3

I can’t wait to try the zombies. Although I don’t like the idea of how you can start with any weapon you want but, I want to try it anyway.

That is an incredibly dumb idea. They’ve changed it to match the new rarity system. If they didn’t, people would stand there and use the weakest weapons to farm points. It’s called innovation. Get used to it

Have played the game through the day, most time spent on multiplayer then campaign (haven’t got around to zombies yet). However I really, really thus far, in MP most of the maps are closed quarters and fast paced action, love it struck right into my black ops heart. Campaign really intriguing and exciting to play, excellent so far, thanks!

I'm hyped I have chose of what I want to do in my future and its work for treyarch and other cod developers

can i just say that the soundtrack to this game is AMAZING

"A diverse range of new maps" "Never been a better time to be a fan of multiplayer" "We have our core 6v6 mode that's the modes we all know and love, and we have spent a lot of time making sure they're the best we've ever delivered" There are literally 8 maps total at launch. 4 of which we have already played, 2 others are cut down versions of Armada and Crossroads and 2 new ones. There are maps and scorestreaks in the game files already, that have been cut out of the game at launch to be repackaged later as "free DLC". Plus there are only 29 weapons total. Never been a better time to be a fan of Multiplayer? rubbish. Black Ops 1 Launch: 42 weapons. 14 maps. Black Ops 2 Launch: 38 weapons. 14 maps. Black Ops 3 Launch: 31 weapons. 13 maps. This is completely unacceptable, and you have the audacity to charge people extra for the next gen versions of the game? unbelievable.
