ive played COD1 since it came out (united offensive still has the best MP of the series....big red one for SP) and i thought i knew a few glitches in SP and could beat the game very quickly . but this is NUTS!!!! . i remember trying to find a speedrun of this game like 10+ years ago..... and it was just people doing the SP normally.... just with good shooting and knowing the scripting . insane run man..... completely insane

You have to edit the ini file to be 1920 x 1080

1:12:37 and thats not 7.62x54R..... too short to be 30-06 and too long to be 308...i think (especially with that bullet design and heat relived case neck) . probably is 8mm Mauser.... but id have to look at some of the old 60s and 70s 8mm ammo i have

i did a tutorial a while back which has b-hopping in it. Its the same method as games like half-life and quake really.

@@KClO3 he quicksaved, not autosaved, and no, it's not there on purpose, there is just this weird collision that puts you a bit under the map and lets you slide

One could also say fov has nothing to do with movement and you should study more into console commands before you call someone out. Because if thats your logic almost every single fps speedrun for all games are cheated

i know many console commands and cvars and i also know that if you increase fov, it looks like you're going faster so you can hop better in certain places. i still vote for kubelwagon's run because its the most valid out there

@@freddyseth4620 fov is allowed in the rules. Fov has nothing to do with speed its a personal preferance. Most modern games have an fov changer built in is that cheating too? As a matter of fact the fov command is listed in the games files by the developers themselves for people
