This scene was so insanely amazing the directing, the song choice, the acting, the intensity of it all, the dogs barking In the background, the feeling of confusion it caused it was amazing my fav scene.

The slowing down and distortion of the music is absolutely phenomenal, just perfectly encapsulates the terrifying sense of foreboding and the surreal dread.

I'm so glad I saw this scene for the first time in the theater. Nothing beats the big screen and sound system

Its an amazing scene. The way everything comes together and the music slowing down in the right places at the right time is phenomenal. Its the best scene in the movie. As a matter of fact I think its the best conjuring movie. I'm not a fan of horror movies anymore because what tends to happen nowadays in my opinion is that once you see the "monster behind the veil" so to speak, it just looks like a person in a mask or something. Its not scary anymore. I like that they moved away from that and made it about witchcraft which seems more down to earth to me and more "horrifying."

If you THINK about what just happened to him it's insane. I get chills after the scene when you hear the noises coming from the house. I personally think this is the best effect of the scene because it really wakes me up from the dream of the last scene and see what's really going on.

The end of the scene is the scariest part cause people have had this happen in real life. Their mind breaks (I think it's technically called a dissociative fugue) but you can really hurt people and not know why or even have a reason to.

This may not be the best movie of the Conjuring franchise but this scene is amazing. And plus the song Call me is a good tune, and it works for this part of the movie so darn well.

Stylistically, this is the best Conjuring film.

Yeah that 1 will definitely be remembered always. Tbh I love most of the conjuring films & it's spin-offs some more than others Annabelle(2014) I hated the ending. But everything else I was fine with especially the make up effects of the demon was impressive scares included.

This scene was so well done man, I had to come back and find it and watch it again.

1:36 Love that part! This was such a powerful and intense scene and somehow Blondie’s song adds to the anxiety of the situation. I absolutely loved seeing The Conjuring 3 in theaters.
