    I've been lifting since like 6-7 years.. I wish I started with this foundation programs years back when I was new ! Keep up good work bro💪 great series.. I've moved to Body weight training from isolated training , I understand now how weak my core is.. do you only do hollow body planks and crow pose for Core strength? Also when do you practice you're skills?

    Do not do too much workout go easy on your body and prepare for long term. Most people who are at top prepared for long term. Do enough stretching at night and take protein shake after workout. Eat good fruits and vegetables like carrot, beetroot, palak, apple, mousambi and drink ample water.

    Dude , calories in calories out is just for weight loss/gain In calisthenics most idiots start out eating shit everyday like 20 egg whites and white rice seeing Hrithik Roshan's interview. This is for beginners who ask what to eat all the time like fools. Weight loss/gain has no impact in calisthenics ,however lower weight will help in the beginning .
