Real estate TEST might seem so tough to pass studying very hard is a very vital skill to win trust me

Question 35: answer should be the Seller owes Paula Brokerage a commission. The Seller pays the Paula's Brokerage not Paula, the individual agent. Question 72: "satisfaction" of judgment, not "stratification". Question 93: closing costs are not calculated in the commission. Question 99: should be 1.87 acres based on rounding.

Is the brokers exam questions sames as salesperson exam?

I had alot of contractor questions and trust fund stuff.. i got a 22% in transfer of property. Any tips for that?
