Came across your channel; nice! Calico is a fun area, I have run my Jeeps there a couple of times. I was wondering how, or what device you are using for towing brakes on your CJ? I've got a couple of Jeeps and one is a 58 CJ5. I've got 11" brakes with the pedal still through the floor. Any advice or suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance.

hello - Towing brakes: I do not use towing brakes; the jeep is so light, I feel it doesn't warrant any device. I just tow with tow bar. - Brakes: I use 11" brakes; they work great; if your pedal hits the floor... it could be many things; when I build old jeeps, I usually go through the whole system. from master cylinder, down the lines, to each wheel cylinder, to each spring in the set up. once you have inspected and replaced what needs to be replaced.. then properly adjust the brake shoes - they will work excellent.
