We were at the 2nd Shanghai Wonder Festival event held on 3rd & 4th October at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).
The event comprises 4 halls showcasing pop culture collectibles ranging from gashapon mini figures to colossal statues.
Genres include Japanese animation manga as well as hollywood movie blockbusters.
From statues of Super Heroes such as Batman & Superman from the DC Universe to Marvel Legends such as Wolverine, Ironman, Spiderman & Thanos.
From Star Wars to Transformers, statues of evergreen characters such as Darth Vader & Stormtroopers to the likes of Optimus Prime & Bumblebee.
The various statue making Studios continue to put out more amazing offerings to fans with each passing year, and this event is no exception to the variety of exhibitors participating to showcase their proud creations.
From licensed properties to originals, the hall that comprises only of tables were filled with individual artists, sculptors and small enterprises showing off their creativity to avid followers of their craft.
