Ma'am your video is superb extremely useful for sufferers. Easy & simple. Ma'am here I want to ask my brother had brain stroke one month before now he is alright but his diet is very less only one roti in whole day no fruits no salads Vo kahte hai bhookh nahi hai Facing extremely weak especially in legs difficulty in walking Dr please suggest what to do massage mana kar dete hai
