In America at least, all of our food, even “organic”, has high cadmium levels in it. It’s in the soil. There’s no getting around it. Also, most of our food-vegetables and fruit (if you buy it at the store) has been sprayed with who knows what. So that’s a little hard to avoid unless you grow your own food. That being said, I have no idea what my pineal gland looks like but I’ve had a knowing and intuitive/psychic abilities since I was tiny and that’s never changed, and I see visually and have things happen every single day, all day, synchronicities. I eat sugar and yet, I’m ok in that arena. Things I don’t do or stopped is using toothpaste ~ (use baking soda instead), I no longer drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, I meditate, I’m out in nature almost everyday. So maybe it balances it out. ? Take all this info with a grain of salt. I remember when I first heard about this and I was afraid to drink or eat anything thinking I was calcifying my pineal gland. Don’t do that to yourselves. So just do some of this for well being and don’t stress about the rest. To much fear mongering in the spiritual community these days, for likes and subscribes which actually has the opposite effect. It’s the title to grab your attention, the picture used, the music used, the way they talk about it. Just focus on health and being happy and letting things go. Life is tooo short. No stress. A few things I am doing for myself in addition to some of the good suggestions below - 1) Daily lemon water. I agree! And I think that the most important thing we ALL need to know and understand is that we ALL have our own personal direct line to God no middlemen like popes, priests, pastors and churches etc etc…. all you need is Him and He will listen, He will answer, He will heal your spirit which then will heal your body and protect you. But you have to learn to FEEL and not THINK and what I mean is “Over think” you have to fight the urge to debunk, disprove, dismiss, or disbelieve the messages and the feelings He gives to you! When the Holy Spirit touched me in 2023 I felt a great light within me akin to a third eye opening. My discernment has ever since increased and in the spirit after several hours praying in tongues I had a heavenly vision of the spirit of Wisdom smiling down on me. Its about making incremental changes, but they have to be holistic, you start eliminating certain things from your diet, use your words and thoughts more consciously towards the positive and start praying and meditating. Lots of seaweed is great for heavy metal detox. Spirulina and chlorella work good if you can't get ahold of fresh seaweed. And seaweed has the added benefit of being high in natural iodine, not that toxic synthetic crap they put in table salt.

Seaweed though is chock full of microplastics and environmental toxins. Not many studies have been done yet on damage microplastics do but one has been done .

The pineal gland has rods and cones like the two front eyes. When we need to visualize or display a video of something the brain uses the pineal gland to accomplish this operation-no mumbo jumbo. I read it has crystals so maybe the crystals act as an antenna, crystals have a frequency so maybe the brain uses electrical means to fulfill the task. When the crystals get calcified it interferes with transmission and you can't visualize or think properly.

He's also completely confused about the history and provenance of the Bible. So I just felt people should be warned: Be wary of _anything_ Santos says and do your due diligence. More to the point, God didn't say anything, some man wrote stuff down that he said happened. And it wasn't in English, so anytime you get hung up on the way something is worded in your Bible you're just hung up on the way the people in charge of translating THAT version chose to word it. Because translating from one language to another is not just translating 1 word at a time, ESPECIALLY when you're translating from an ancient language that doesn't share a common origin with English. In other words, a language that isn't Indo-European. Depending on the book, the Bible was translated from mostly Aramaic and Greek texts, generally Aramaic for the Old Testament and Greek for the New. The differences in languages can be enormous. I'm assuming you read the KJV. Well, guess what? It's not "the original," either. It's not even the real King James Version, it's the New King James Version which has been modernized because most people would struggle to read the original, which came out in 1611. Furthermore, the Bible as you know it isn't even something the men who wrote the books of the Bible had anything to do with. A committee of men, at the behest of the Roman Empire, sat down and arbitrarily decided which Jewish and Christian texts would make up the "official" scriptures. They excluded anything they disagreed with. If you wanna base so much of your life and opinions on what The Bible says, it might be a good idea to educate yourself on the topic.

Vibration runs on batteries,and dont try to run with one inside you. It could fall out on the ground and break and then you'd have no vibration. Maybe you can get away with taping it back together but depending on what kind of tape you use could make it a bit uncomfortable. Two-sided weatherstrip adhesive would not be recommended. Catholicism was the first major Christian denomination, then the eastern orthodox Christian denomination was the second which separated when Catholics started the pope, then the next was Lutheran from martin luther because he didn't like the Catholics selling tickets to heaven, then protestantism started because the British king at the time wanted to divorce his wife but Catholics wouldn't allow it. Catholic isn't just Christian, it's the original Christian organization, but the organization has adapted over the years, meanwhile eastern orthodox may be an offshoot but it's the only Christian denomination that even pretends to maintain the original practices and beliefs. Its kinda like sinn fein vs the real IRA, sinn fein is the actual ira but they lost their ways, the real IRA is an offshoot but they have kept much closer to the original ideals.

Rome lost control and started the catholic doctrine that absolutely doesn't line up with the teachings of Jesus Christ whatsoever. In fact it goes against it in every way form or fashion. I’m Catholic, and attended a Greek Orthodox liturgy a few weeks ago. I was told it hasn’t changed much in 1700 years. (I’m most of the way through pursuing an MA in Christian Spirituality from a Jesuit University.)I have no idea why the first commenter here would say that Catholicism isn’t Christianity…🤷‍♀️

You can follow the teachings of Christ and be anti organized religion. In fact, I’d say just follow Christ and stay away from organized religion.

Since I woke up back in January 2012, I stopped my kids from having fluoride treatments. The dentist would give me hard pushback and always got questioned as to why.

I wonder if remote viewing has anything to do with pineal gland being activated.

Buy hydroxy appatite containing toothpastes. I use them since a while, and have no inflamed tooth. It works like a charm. Don't take just a "bio"-toothpaste. Won't end well. Tried that one. Wow, the depth of esoteric knowledge in this article is eye-opening! It's amazing to see how ancient symbols like the pine cone are tied to our spiritual and physical well-being. Decalcifying the pineal gland seems like a step toward unlocking our true potential. Has anyone here tried the methods suggested for decalcification?

If you look on KZread, you can find ambient type music that is claimed to be an awakening for the pineal gland. I think most of it is b/s. I like the singing bowls..I don't know if it actually helps the pineal gland, but it is very pleasant to listen to. There has to be an actual way to improve, decalcify the pineal gland .

No, the Dunning-Kreuger 'effect' isn't a 'syndrome', let alone "on the rise". It's just something that humans do.

About 10-15 years ago my family switched toothpaste, deoderant, never drink city water always spring water.

Prayer/reading the Holy Scriptures in the morning and before bed makes a lot of sense with this information.

Grade schools in '70s the whole class would be staring up at the clocks, swishing fluoride for 45 seconds or whatever it was. crazy
