@@Mariana-ld5pp i'm 18 years old and a beginner runner , just got into track and field about 4months ago . my first time ever running the 800m was 2:50 and now i've brought it down to 2:23 , can you give me a little insight on your journey so i can have a better understanding of what i can expect for myself .

Hello, I am 16 years old and this is my second year of track. I was never a fan of running but I started with cross country before track. Speed workout like 400 repeats has I’m proved my time to a 2:15 for the 800. For reference I run a 18:50 5k, 5:15 mile, and a 64 for the 400. :)

@@kp2094 I recommend 400m repeats and try to always get them in 1:07 or under It hoped me go from 2:23 to 2:11 in a year
