Thank you for sharing such lovely desserts! Cheese cake is always my favourite, but yours is too beautiful to be eaten 😂 The tart moulds are they made of metal or food grade plastic ? The tiny 🌿 is cute , may I ask what plant is that ?

"Silikomart Perforated Exoglass Tart Ring", a composite material known for its durability and non-stick properties. The tiny leaves are wild thyme.
