They're were so many points throughout their scenes together where I shouted "JUST KISS ALREADY, DAMN." There is no way these two are straight. Bi maybe. But definitely not straight. Even JINX in the last episode says "I payed your girlfriend a little visit this morning" Jinx knew that Vi and Caitlyn weren't friends from the beginning.
