I like their quote in Thai "เปิดน้อย ปิดบ่อย ไม่อร่อย แต่อยากขาย" It shows their humble and joy to spend weekend on the thing they love. One trick i suggest is that when pouring milk out of a nearly full carton, you just pour from the top of carton, the milk can therefore flow out smoothly.
