The octopus looks really tender. I've seen people order octopus and it is rubbery. They know how to cook it at Amalfi by Bobby Flay. Looks great.

Ooooh I liked the variety of dishes at this restaurant!! That soft scrambled egg with the garlic bread looked soooooo delicious! Definitely going to check this place out next time we’re in Vegas 😊

Me too. I think wolfgang puck has better food at his establishments if you’re going to a celebrity chef restaurant.

Italian and we used to cook calamari in spaghetti sauce at Christmas we cut the heads off and make just a pot of sauce with the heads and then you had to see it to believe it

At Christmas we would fast till midnight mass come home and eat all kinds of fish and spaghetti dishes one specialty was spaghetti with fried chopped walnuts in oil and garlic meatless

Girl set a side money to eat there in Bobby flay new restaurant. You will not regret it at all. It’s worth every penny

Looks so delicious! Craving Amalfis at 4 am 😂love a good lemon butter caper sauce…. I’ve had it with sea bass and it was so freaking yummy 🤤

Save it for your next trip. Besides you might want to make that reservation VERY early as it's currently a tough reservation to get at the moment.

Upvote for the cutest couple in Vegas and for the wonderful insight into this amazing restaurant. I've been to many of Flay's establishments in Vegas over the years and this one is definitely top on my list for the next trip.

I've got to try that place-Amalfi by Bobby Flay! I might try the Golden Snapper🐟 from New Zealand-that caught my eye! And that dessert! All of the flavors described in that dessert(Olive oil and Toasted Semolina Cake) is really making me want to get over there and try it!! 🍰 Take care guys!🥰

I love seafood especially when it’s so fresh. I had never heard of turbot. Was it close to the thicker texture of halibut. The dessert looked so yummy. Thanks for another great video

I'm guessing the egg dish because of things on toast, like avocado toast are en vogue. Bobby Flay (and we can't say for sure if it's all for show?)...seldom lost a challenge on that Bobby Flay (too lazy to look it up) Food Channel show. They certainly made it look believable & Bobby is obviously a great cook. (Yeah, I know, he didn't personally cook this meal...or not likely.) Thanks for posting.

We really enjoy your videos and can’t wait to see what you are up to next. I don’t know if you guys are editing your own videos or if you have hired out for someone else to edit your videos for you , but could you please keep the volume close to the you guys talking verses the the music. The music is way to loud. Of course I’m watching on tv. But the music is way too loud. I have had to keep changing volume up and down during watching. Which is really distracting. I’m trying to give constructive criticism. I hope you guys take it this way. Like I said my husband and I really enjoy your videos! Keep up the great work.

That food was all just a little too weird for my taste.

One person seemed to have enjoyed this more than the other person. The other person's facial expressions told me that he wasn't a huge fan. Oops! Did I let the cat out of the bag? 😄 Not my kind of place ...or price 👀

We both really enjoyed our visit. The food was really good. As we pointed out we were expecting the fish to be a bit more like sole but it seemed a bit more like halibut. Still good just not what we expected. In addition, It is an expensive restaurant and we expected that. The service was incredible which made the experience even more enjoyable. MEOW! 😸 😂

So raw eggs and a little bread. I figured about a dollar worth of ingredients. What did they charge you? Almost forgot add 1000% markup.

Chef Flay is a prick but on the other hand, that restaurant looks amazing.

She’s Hoopi Goldberg? 🤣
