smoshman6000 The snares and basses are perfect. The tenors are a lil tin-canny but that's just how Yamaha drums sound. They are incredible and would sound even more so if they were playing on Pearl drums.

At one point I was like "turn to the quads they're about to play!" but then I remembered you probably don't know the book haha. Is it usually hard to find the Cadets hornline or the hornline of any corps, for that matter?

Haha correct...I do not know the book at all. My camerawork was very reactionary, not predictive. It can be hard to find warmups. Sometimes they are all in one place, like at finals, other times they can be a 20 minute walk apart on opposite sides of the stadium.

Great quality video! Thanks for sharing with the class. Nice to see the Cadets playing so much! Back in my day, it seemed as though there was an awful lat of tacit time in their book. Of course, at this point the parts haven't been watered down or outright removed to clean it up for finals. EVERYBODY does that. Nice and clean though. Good work kids. Wish I could go back on tour again!

It seems like there's a lot of Paul Rennick influence in a lot of drumlines these days. That is, Paul Rennick wasn't the drum instructor of this line, but it seems like a lot of his techniques has been adapted in some of these drumlines. Well, that's great!

+Inspadave The finals caption scores (guard, brass, perc) are an average of the three nights. The average was BD 19.48 Cadets 19.45 for percussion

I am sure the footage is awesome, and I still plan to get a vid out there. Unfortunately, I have so much great footage from 2015 I haven't even seen yet... If I had a way to work on this channel full time June-August, I would. If I were willing to let quality drop, I could easily have something uploaded in a day...but long story short, my vids can take anything from a few hours to 100+ hours to edit, and I'd rather put out nothing than let quality drop. It's a time consuming hobby to say the least. Hope to get more vids out there soon.
