Cabbing Idaho Star Garnet. Cabochons #71 and #72.

Cutting and Cabbing Star Garnet I collected at Emerald Creek Garnet Area in Idaho last summer. Used Hi-Tech 10" diamond saw to cut and 6" CabKing to do the Cabbing. Used 14,000 grit diamond past for the finish polish, not sure if this is the best polish for garnets, will try out others in the future.
