*2 tbsp olive oil
*1 onion
*Pinch of salt
*1 green bell pepper
*1 red bell pepper
*4 garlic cloves
*1 small cabbage
*4 tomatoes with juice
*3 eggs
Salt, Pepper to taste fresh parsley or cilantro
