Manmohan Singh should be kept outside because he actually is not a person who really was interested in politics. I think he joined politics to serve larger number of people. It is a fact that minorities in Pakistan and Bangladesh ill treated and tortured. On the contrary minorities in Bharath are well taken care of and pampered. It is fair and reasonable to give citizenship to the affected minorities of Pakistan and Bangladesh. What is the wrong if the ruling party gets the benefit and credit for doing the right. Opposition parties also had great opportunities while in power to pass and Implement such JUST laws and get credit and benefit from the same. You dint do anything right while in power and on the other hand accuse the party in power for doing the right thing. This is like NAACHNA JAANE AANGAN THEDA.

India should declare Bharat as a Dharmic Nation. Even if it requires bringing in a new Constitution. Zero Muslims or Christians are leaving India for any persecution. On the contrary, millions of non-Hindus are infiltrating Bharat because they see a better future here. If we are declared a Dharmic Nation, at least Dharma can be credited for making even Adharmic people feel safe in India.

The Muslims of the united India (the parents of current Muslim residents of Pakistan, Bangladesh and even from the states like UP and Bihar who voted 95% in favor of Jinnah in 1946 elections) demanded and got their own country in 1947 on the basis of two-nation theory (though only 5% Muslims migrated to Pakistan) and if the so-called "persecuted" Muslims of Pakistan and Bangladesh are included in the CAA, you will find millions of Muslims from these countries legally landing in India with made up cases of persecution. Already there are millions of Muslim economic refugees in India scattered through out India since 1971. The CAA therefore does justice to those minorities (today reduced to just 1% in Pakistan from 21% in 1946) whose land was declared as an Islamic country under Sharia law which was never demanded by them and no one from the Congress consulted them or made arrangements for their safe migration to India, their motherland. None of the Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists wanted to live in an Islamic state with their status as DHIMMIS or DHAJJALS if not KAFFIRS with no religious freedom. The partition of their motherland India by the Congress made them suffer persecution for many decades and now Modi government has done justice by bringing the CAA for the children of those minorities who have been persecuted all along. Google how many minor girls of Hindus are kidnaped every year in Sindh state of Pakistan (only state where some Hindus are left) and forced to convert and marry older Muslim men. Those girls are not even allowed to see their Hindu parents back ever. Have a heart for these helpless Hindus in Pakistan if you have daughters. There are other laws in the Indian constitution which cover the Muslim refugees from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka and they do not lose anything by the CAA for the persecuted Hindu, Sikhs and Buddhists*
