Sir, please correct me if I m wrong Section 7 of FCRA 2010 is amended it say now no person who is registered and granted cerificate or prior permission shall transfer foreign contribution to any person (whether registered or not).. .. Therefore Rule 24 is now not relevant.. But in your revision you recalled rule 24.. Whether it is applicable or not.
