Your C5 is looking mean with the front splitter. Matches the C8 in aggressiveness 👌🏼

Those headlights look amazing!

Ive always gone back and forth on whether I like the front splitter on a C5. I think it looks pretty good though!

Did two tours over there. Lived in Chesapeake and downtown Virginia Beach in the Mayflower apartment. If I get stationed there again ill reach out. Had a C7 Grand Sport and sold it for orders to Guam where im currently at. Now after seeing your channel I am very interested in the C5.

Call me weird but I still think a nicely done C5 or C6 looks better than a C7 or C8

Just a question, does your Z06 have the fog light shroud behind the mesh grille or is it just an open hole?

How has it held up? ABS seems to be brittle and fall apart the first thing it hits. Not sure if that’s the case but I really dig the looks of it just not the durability

How is the front splitter holding up? Looking at the carbon versions but the prices are a bit silly considering it will inevitably be subjected to wear and tear! The splitter you have looks similar in design and with a carbon wrap would achieve the same result for a fraction of the cost.

Any updates on the splitter? (Cooling issues, etc) I ask because it’s been in the 90’s and I’m running at 205 in some stop and go traffic with about a 4 mile straight shot at 60 mph.

It's been rainy & cool the last 2 weeks here in Virginia. I'm trying to get out this weekend to put some stress on it. I'll definitely report back.

I definitely filmed that part, but that clip got messed up in post. It did great 👍 no scraping.

Did you use the hardware they gave you or use your own hardware? I ordered the same one but only came with the tape

Mine came with screws and tape. They short changed you unfortunately. See if they can send you the hardware.

@@dreamzv1 they are a self tapping for plastic. 7mm heads. Black. Roughly 1" long. Thats from memory

Have you had any overheating issues since you have been driving it alittle more?

None yet. Stays right @ 198-199 degrees. I'm going to do more of a stress test next week.
