its the best non shenhe afaik, but not sure how it compares to a shenhe team. last i heard it was equal in terms of damage

I use both teams and most times the shenhe team is good but this particular abyss cycle i find it that the furina variant is much better , those operatives on chamber 1 which does not stay frozen for long have been frozen for much longer on furina team though not sure the technicalities of why
